We have our date set for jun 2013 and our opening in Los Angeles
Looks like it will be on Melrose Ave we will set up shop alongside a very very cool haute couture and shoe shop.
Right now only sorting out the last paperwork and company management in LA.
Our wonderful friends at MSK Law are helping us with all the paperwork
and planing out all speed-bumps.
Over here in Sweden we are full booked and are working like maniacs to keep up.
Our new office is ready and we just have small things to fix.
Cant wait to pack our suitcases and get this show ion the road :)
Monday starts at 06:00 at Fotografiska with a shoot for Viasat
The shoot is created by our onhouse team : MikeAdelica our wonderful director alongside with our production manager Jenny Elfvik
and Hair/make up Maria Oldenstedt Legge and Joanna Karlsson as Mikes assistant and script girl.
This next coming weeks is booked from early morning to very late nights.
With everything from castings,commercial shoots,hair events to great interesting meetings.

Things are really happening here at Spectacular Studios is a high velocity speed.
Besides that we have a new HQ here is Stockholm that we are moving into right now
and that we are opening up House of Session things are just hitting us in a crazy speed
fast track to creativity and time warping.
We are attending The Redken Symposium at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas the 19 Jan – 23 jan Maria Oldenstedt Legge is invited as a part of Redkens team to attend and meet their creative team
and to really see how they work on the international stage.
After that we are taking a trip to Los Angeles to start sorting out all needed paperwork and looking at a new office place
and a apartment or a house. Our plans to move partime to Los Angeles and work in May looks to be on the schedule so far + a week or so.

Editorials,advertising shoots,commercial videos,fashion shoots…. And a new place <3
We are moving to a new really cool office 1 January and will share it with House of Session
Since we are opening up a new office in Los Angeles in May at Sunset Boulevard ( secret until we move )
with House of Session we decided its time to get a new cool place here in Stockholm.
We found a spacy place just perfect and just 8 sqm smaller than this.
Right now we have the handyman fixing the place, new paint of the walls and a great touch-up
The cleaning crew is jumping in on monday to fix the last bit with the new flooring and kitchen part.
We have a new Art Designer working with us full-time that will remake Spectacular Studios
graphic design, that we will also release in January if all goes well :)
We have over the last few month since we got back from Los Angeles we have been doing some really wonderful advertising shoots and commercial films, as well as a bunch of editorials and fashion shoots. All will be released now in January.
Lets just say we have had a really full schedule and are so happy for everything.

We are right now just in the middle of a big commercial production for Weight watchers here in Sweden, all based on a campaign they have been doing in USA alongside wonderful Jennifer Hudson.
Spectacular Studios together with Saints Row Agency have been the creative team.
We have been doing this now the last 2 weeks with preparing a famous swedish artist and worked on a Music TV Show and are doing the still shoot and the commercial film tomorrow .
We are doing this is a wonderful collaboration with ELFVIK FILM and their Production manager Jenny Johansson and the wicked film producer Mike Adelica alongside The Producers and The Fan Club
It is still under great secret who this artist is.. But watch out after New Years for the Weight Watchers Commercial and advertising images..
Maria Oldenstedt Legge have been the Creative artist and the Hair /Make up artist working on the full design for our wonderful artist Creating the final look, On special request from the Production team
Our Stylist Dyvecke Berg have in thsi been coordination and handling all the styles and final approach. Eric Legge have been the Navigator and manager connecting the artists and teams.
Every artist and creative is looking for a way to showcase their material and images
and every agent and agency are looking for a platform for them and new ways to create
a buzz. And to have a personal web-designer or programer can very costly and it takes time

We are right now working on re-location Spectacular Studios and move to Los Angeles
Our plan is to open up in the beginning of 2013 and move over 1 may.
We are still keeping the office and creative platform in Stockholm and will of course continue
to work 100% in Europe and Scandinavia with both new and old customers.
We will however have a new manager in Sweden that will handle Spectacular Studios
and a new agent to handle all artists at Saints Row Agency.
We will in this also work in New York and have a small base there as well alongside some
Companies we are collaborating with.

So.. we are back home after 3 wonderful weeks in USA.
A fantastic journey in the name of hair fashion and creativity.
The show we did at Mandalay Bay / Naha Awards was a massive success story
and to be honoured top work with PBA and Cosmo Prof was just a outstanding experience.
We was special invited to create the show for Cloud 9 Hair as they were Naha Awards official Sponsor
for this event and they were also invited as the head presentation company for the awards
Maria Oldenstedt Legge was their Special invited Guest and Top Session stylist & make up artist for the show
she worked with Cloud 9`s Creative director Mr Daniel Scott.
Maria brought along Stylist Dyvecke Berg from Sweden as the main stylist
and Christofer Berg as a logistic assistant and manager.
This was Cloud 9 Hairs FIRST Official hair show and we all at Spectacular Studios
is very honoured to have been chosen as their main collaborator and production company
for this event.
The show got standing ovations and a huge positive response Maria Oldenstedt Legge was the first european artist that was invited as a guest artist
to create a show within PBA and Naha Awards shows. and this year was their biggest
and costly event so far in their history with over 3500 Vip Guests in the audience
and over 37 000 people watching the show online on HairDesigner TV.
.Micaela Moreno from the Swedish model agency ZAP Models set up us with a collaboration with a Las Vegas Based agency that helped out
with 6 fantastic models for the show.This shows true passion and a very professional way of working from Micaela.

Eric Legge was the Art director and Choreographer and put together the show
Based on Cloud 9`S Manga film they have as their commercial.
The show was 7 minutes long and was the main show before the nominees was presented.
Special designed cat suits was designed by Åke Bjurström Spectacular Studios own in-house designer/choreographer
Maria had as always Toupema Belgal and Redken with her as her own sponsors and collaborators
and of course Art Deco make up from Mette Cosmetic
Designers and pr for clothes was: Lars Wallin , Sofifi , Zetterberg
Shoes was from Wallice
The whole Naha Show was a tribute to the wonderful late Mr Vidal Sassoon
and presented by some of the absolutely world top stylists
like Vivienne Mackinder , Kris Sorbie, Phillip Wilson and the complete Artistic team from Vidal Sassoon
and on cable Mr Vidal`s son Elan Sassoon as opening presenter live from London.
This was a memory for life and a true honour to be apart of this event
We did spend another 2 weeks and stayed in Los Angeles 8 days
in the very hip Los Feliz. So many wonderful positive people and a way of life
that we feel not only suits us perfect but we know will become our new home in the future.

for a fantastic job and a amazing logistic and managment

and got standing ovations after the show.. Maria Oldenstedt Legge was making her true world wide debut in Big Style
and we had some wonderful meetings with the board from The Naha Awards and other partners.

There was over 3500 Vip Guests invited to the show
and Icons like Cris Sorbie ,Vivienne Mackinder,and the BIG names from Vidal Sasson
The show was a tribute to the late Mr Vidal Sasson and it was opened via tele link by
his son Elan Sasson from London.
Over 45 000 people international was watching online.
and we do not now how many that was watching on Tv
The after party at Eyecandy nighclub was a great succes and the champagne was poring like a heavy rain
with all the amazing artists and celebreties and some of the true icons within the hair industry in North America.

A spectacular wedding in a black avantgardistic theme
The wedding is taking place at a magnificent villa in Belamaldena /Spain
and the actual ceremoni is done in the mountains looking out over the sea
Maria`s wedding dress is created all in black and are designed by amazing Sanna Nyström
Eric is dressed up with clothes from V Ave SR.. of course all in black.
Our dear friend Rustan Linde is coming along to create all the food for the ceremoni
A seafood menu created with love and colours , Everything from Lobster to clams.
and a absolutely stunning cupcake wedding cake created by a spectacular bakery in Malaga.
We are doing a 1 week wedding party and are flying down with our nearest and dearest
5 may and will be going home 12 may.. a all week HUGE P-J party and BBq`s
in the name of love and more love.
